Welcome to FitnessCan! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FitnessCan mobile application and related services ("Service"), which is owned and operated by JennJ Health LLC ("Company," "we," "our"). By accessing or using FitnessCan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

FitnessCan may use artificial intelligence to analyze fitness and health data and provide insights.
These insights are informational only and should not be considered medical advice.
AI predictions or recommendations do not replace professional medical evaluation.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last six months.
